The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. For the fiscal year ended March 2026, operating profit and ordinary profit increased as the number of companies and students registered on the core OfferBox service grew, as did the number of job offers accepted, while sales expanded through services including the early fixed-fee model. Net income declined due to the reversal of the previous fiscal year's negative income taxes and other taxes resulting from a temporary tax effect. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the company plans to advance promotional activities, develop new services and enhance the functions of OfferBox and eF-1G against the backdrop of a new graduate recruitment market in which companies have strong hiring intentions.
