「Effective 1 August 2025, through an incorporation-type company split, we transferred the rights and obligations relating to our Oshi Culture & Games Business to the newly established 株式会社アピリッツ・ファンカルチャーパートナー, making it our wholly owned subsidiary. In this business environment, we decided to spin off the business in order to accelerate management decision-making, clarify management accountability, and achieve further growth and expansion.」
