However, moving the record date for voting rights later would present several practical challenges, including increased costs for confirming shareholders and mailing materials, an impact on officer appointments, overlap with the first-quarter financial results process, an extension of the period covered by subsequent events, and risks associated with holding the meeting in summer. The Company therefore determined that it would be premature to submit the change for approval at this stage.
