Items this document does not state (10)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In FY2026, higher shipment volumes in the Semiconductor and Electronic Materials segments, price pass-through in the Semiconductor and General Products segments, and increased transportation volumes and improved profitability in the Transportation business contributed to higher revenue and profit. Higher raw material prices and increased expenses put downward pressure on profit. In FY2027, the company assumes that cost increases resulting from higher raw material prices and other factors will be absorbed through price pass-through and increased overseas shipment volumes in the Semiconductor segment.
