The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In Product Services, intensified price competition in the HR field resulted in lower revenue, as orders for new licenses and consulting services failed to grow. On the earnings side, the Company brought forward the development of AI-related products to respond to changes in market conditions, causing AI-related cost of sales, recruitment expenses, and training expenses to exceed plan. The Company also cited the expected recognition of head office relocation costs as an extraordinary loss as a reason for revising its net income forecast downward.
