The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Company-wide revenue growth was driven by an increase in the number of customers, higher ARPU and expanding consulting revenue in HR Solutions. Profit growth reflected higher revenue in HR Solutions as well as lower marketing expenses associated with the strategic shift toward enterprise customers. The decline in revenue and profit in Marketing Solutions was attributed to decreases in the number of customers and active accounts resulting from persistently high cancellations of Mieruka Engine, the visualization engine.
