「To implement these initiatives swiftly, the Group decided to receive support for achieving the above missions through a business alliance with 横浜キャピタル株式会社. Since 横浜キャピタル株式会社 has an extensive track record of supporting the management of its portfolio companies and increasing their corporate value, the Group plans to obtain valuable advice on the various elements of its 3 missions, including (1) recruitment and strengthening its human resources base, (2) business expansion through M&A or business and capital alliances, and (3) expanding its sales platform and improving productivity through DX. The Group will use this advice to drive the reliable execution of these initiatives.」
