「At the 8th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 February 2024, the proposed partial amendments to the Articles of Incorporation were approved, resulting in the following:
(1) Fiscal year: 1 October to 30 September
(2) Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: In December
(3) Record date: 30 September
(4) Record dates for dividends from surplus: 31 March (interim dividend), 30 September (year-end dividend)
The 9th fiscal year, which is the transitional period for the change in fiscal year-end, runs for 10 months from 1 December 2023 to 30 September 2024. The record dates for dividends from surplus for that fiscal year are 31 May (interim dividend) and 30 September (year-end dividend).」
With the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the fiscal year-end was changed from the end of November to the end of September. The 9th fiscal year, which is the transition period, will comprise 10 months from 1 December 2023 to 30 September 2024.
