Effective 17 July 2026, Sugawara Yoshiaki (菅原善明) will be newly designated as an independent officer, while Imaoka Shigetaka (今岡重貴), Ito Takayuki (伊藤高之), and Okayama Makoto (岡山誠) are classified as subject to correction and amendment. Proposals for the election of outside officers will be submitted to the annual general meeting of shareholders.
