The Group has focused on optimizing management resources and strengthening earnings capacity by formulating the three-year “Medium-Term Management Plan 2026,” beginning in the fiscal year ending March 2025, toward achieving the long-term vision “RasaVision2033.” In the consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 2026, net sales, operating profit, ordinary profit and net income attributable to owners of the parent all exceeded the previous year, and progress has been made in building the management foundation for enhancing corporate value. Against this backdrop, we have provisionally decided on these changes to ensure and accelerate the transition from Phase 1 (the “seed-planting period”) of the long-term vision to the next Phase 2 (the “growth period”). Under new leadership, we will further deepen initiatives addressing key priorities, including expanding growth businesses, improving return on capital and creating new businesses, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth across the Group and further enhancing corporate value.
