Reason for the revision

In system integration services, revenue was affected by reductions in staffing plans following policy changes by major customers, extensions to the launch of strategic projects and planned staff increases, and changes in customers’ organizational structures. In DX solutions services, sales of in-house products fell below plan, and the timing of revenue contributions from some projects was postponed. On the profit side, personnel costs, procurement costs for external personnel, and cloud-system maintenance costs increased, while the impact was contained by higher unit prices per engineer and growth in recurring revenue.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

In system integration services, revenue is expected to fall below plan due to reductions in staffing plans following policy changes by major customers, extensions to strategic projects and planned staff increases, and changes in customers’ organizational structures. In DX solutions services, weak sales of in-house products and the postponement of the implementation timing for some projects also had an impact. On the profit side, personnel costs, external staffing costs, and cloud maintenance costs increased, but part of the impact was absorbed by higher unit prices per engineer and growth in recurring revenue.
