The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The year-on-year revenue decline was attributable to the negative comparison following the completion of a large transportation and logistics project in the first quarter of the previous fiscal year, a temporary decline in billable hours due to project streamlining and appropriate staff allocation associated with the group's organizational restructuring and business integration, and the postponement of order intake and revenue recognition for DX solutions until the second quarter and beyond. The decline in operating income was due to the decrease in revenue, as well as higher personnel expenses associated with investment in securing and developing human resources and improvements in employee compensation.
