The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Performance improved due to solid orders in the Consulting Business, the maintenance of a high utilization rate, and an increase in gross profit resulting from higher revenue and increased added value. On the other hand, selling, general and administrative expenses increased due to higher training costs associated with the increase in new graduates and mid-career hires, as well as higher personnel expenses for sales activities and administrative departments. The return to profitability at the net income level was attributable to a gain on the sale of shares in an affiliated company arising from the sale of TTG shares. The full-year forecast was revised because the Consulting Business's profit margin exceeded expectations and the loss was smaller than planned. The dividend forecast was revised to reflect a commemorative dividend marking the 20th anniversary of the Company's establishment.
