Factors Behind Changes in Business Performance

Revenue increased due to the acquisition of solution projects by the AI Research & Solution business, expanded product sales by the AI SaaS business, and the contribution of サーキュレーション, which became a consolidated subsidiary in the previous fiscal year. Business profit increased as a result of higher revenue. Profit before tax and interim profit attributable to owners of the parent decreased because of the reversal of the gains on the sale of Sapeet-related shares and the valuation gain on the remaining interest recognized in the same period of the previous year.

The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The AI Research & Solution business secured more solution projects, while product sales expanded in the AI SaaS business. サーキュレーション, which became a consolidated subsidiary in the previous fiscal year, also contributed to consolidated results. The decline in profit before tax and interim profit attributable to owners of the parent reflects the reversal of the gain on the sale of shares in an affiliate and the gain on valuation of the remaining interest recognized in the same period of the previous year in connection with the partial offering of Sapeet shares.
