In VAD, revenue and profit increased due to revenue from the final phase of the large-scale GSS project, strong sales of security products, and the accumulation of support services. In system integration, revenue and profit increased due to revenue recognition from large-scale projects and the reaction to low-margin large-scale projects in the same period of the previous year. In proprietary development, revenue and profit increased substantially due to multiple deliveries under large-scale RevoWorks projects and increased revenue from RevoWorks Cloud and MSS. Overseas revenue increased as the company secured IT infrastructure projects for universities and public-sector institutions in Thailand.

The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue and profit increased due to the final phase of the large-scale GSS project ordered in the previous consolidated fiscal year, sales of security products, support services, revenue recognition from various large-scale projects, and the delivery of a large-scale RevoWorks project. The improvement in profit was also attributable to the reaction to a low-margin large-scale project recorded in the same period of the previous year.
