The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Segment performance in the Digital Risk, AI Security and Smart City businesses has exceeded plan, and a large transaction was concluded in the fourth quarter in the DX Promotion business. Accordingly, the forecasts for net sales, EBITDA, operating profit and ordinary profit have been revised upward. Meanwhile, the Company expects to record impairment losses due to a review of the business plan accompanying consideration of the carve-out of JAPANDX, among other factors, and has therefore revised downward its forecast for profit attributable to owners of the parent.
