The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The company pursued upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, expanded projects, and began transactions with new customers to offset the end of transactions with a major business partner. The decline in profit margins was attributed to accepting spot projects with a view to converting them into recurring projects in the future, as well as upfront investment in developing new services.
