Resolved 14 May 2025①自己株式立会外買付取引（ToSTNeT-３）による市場買付け ②取引一任契約に基づく立会取引市場における市場買付けThe full horizontal line represents all issued shares, with marks at 10% intervals. The colored section represents the percentage stated in the resolution as the maximum proportion that may be repurchased under it.

資本効率の改善及び株主還元を目的として、2025 年４月１日付「公開買付けへの応募結果及び特別利益の計上額確定のお知らせ」にて開示した株式会社カオナビの株式売却対価を原資とした自己株式取得を実施いたします。また、取得した株式については原則消却することを方針とし、その方針に基づき自己株式の消却を行うものです。
