「Under this agreement, in August 1995 the two companies agreed to delete provisions concerning capital ties and other matters, and in October 2020 they agreed to consolidate provisions concerning transaction details. The agreement was renewed and executed again as a “Basic Sales and Purchase Agreement.” Term 1 year, automatically renewed for successive 1-year periods unless an objection is raised Agreement terms ① We will continuously sell aluminum electrolytic capacitor separators to the company, and the company will purchase them. ② The company will sell all of our aluminum electrolytic capacitor separators that it wishes to sell, and we will supply the company with the full volume it requires.」
