The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Regarding Proposals 1 through 9, the Company explained that all businesses it is currently pursuing or planning can be conducted within the scope of the business purposes set out in the current Articles of Incorporation, and that there is no need to add the proposed matters to the Articles of Incorporation. Regarding Proposal 10, the proposed location of the head office is already stipulated in Article 2 of the Articles of Incorporation, while the other matters should be determined flexibly by the Company in light of its management strategy and changes in the business environment, making it inappropriate to establish fixed provisions in the Articles of Incorporation.
