The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The venue for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has been changed because part of the head office functions was relocated to a satellite office within the Kyoto Plant in April 2026. The proposed amendment to the stock compensation plan is intended to strengthen the linkage between directors’ and other eligible officers’ compensation and business performance and share value, share the benefits and risks of share price fluctuations with shareholders, and enhance corporate value over the medium to long term.
