「The company’s business improvement platform intra-mart Accel Platform and cloud service Accel-Mart were adopted as the foundation of the electrical equipment maintenance system of 東京急行電鉄株式会社 (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Takahashi Kazuo (髙橋和夫)). Electrical equipment maintenance is performed daily to ensure the safety of railway users and stable transportation, but its manual focus had created two issues: 1) working hours were consumed by simple tasks, and 2) updating and managing control tables depended on human attention. The company’s solutions were highly valued for three points: future expandability through the adoption of the latest technologies, including inspection automation using IoT and sensors, in addition to existing systems; reduced time spent on simple tasks and elimination of reliance on individual employees through unified master data and databases; and agile development enabling user requests to be reflected quickly. Accel-Mart, the cloud service, was adopted because the customer placed priority on reducing the effort required to operate and use the system after implementation.」
intra-mart Accel Platform and Accel-Mart were adopted for Tokyo Kyuko Electric Railway’s electrical equipment maintenance system, with the case study describing the application of BPM, external integration, IoT and sensor-based inspection automation, reduced working hours, elimination of reliance on individual employees and streamlined operations.
