「Under “2. Expanding the target market for business applications” and “3. Transitioning to cloud and subscription services,” the company’s subsidiary NTT DATA INTRAMART CSI Co., Ltd. (head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kato Satoshi (加藤 聡司)) released intra-mart Accel Platform for LGWAN (hereinafter “IM-LGWAN”), a solution for local governments certified as an LGWAN-ASP service. IM-LGWAN provides access from terminals connected to the LGWAN network to a range of functions for automating and optimizing entire business processes, including a next-generation BPM tool that enables rapid reform and improvement of business processes based on workflow functionality. Its digital forms and chatbot functions for local governments also enable staff to exchange information smoothly with external organizations, reducing time and improving work efficiency, easing the burden on staff, and contributing to better services for residents.」
