Notice Regarding Relocation of Head Office

The Company has decided to relocate its head office from Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, to THE LINKPILLAR 2 in Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and consolidate the offices of its group companies, which are currently dispersed across 5 locations in Tokyo. The relocation is scheduled to take place during fiscal 2028, but changing the registered head office address will require a resolution of the Board of Directors and a proposal to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
