「The three segments previously disclosed as reportable segments, “Consulting/Design/Construction,” “Operations/Maintenance” and “Product Sales,” have been integrated and changed to the “IT Solutions” segment, taking into comprehensive consideration the increasingly organic interaction among the segments as products have diversified, and the greater similarity and relevance among the segments in terms of resource allocation and performance evaluation following a review of the management control structure. In addition, an “Other” segment has been established to separately present the operation of the Medical & Anti-Aging Mall, previously included in “BPO/Services,” including contract management of medical malls, as well as future new businesses.」
