The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Because its labour-intensive business model is centred on man-month billing and contract work, it has been unable to generate funds for growth investment, while consolidated revenue has remained at around ¥700 million. The company therefore plans to transform its business structure through “AI × BPO” and achieve non-linear growth through roll-up M&A.
