As the Company continued discussions with the Fukuoka Stock Exchange, it considered coordinating the schedule with other capital policies being examined in parallel with the application for dual listing. It became necessary to reassess the priorities of the measures within the limited time available in order to ensure their successful execution. In addition, after comprehensively considering the current uncertainty over whether the formal listing requirement of the exchange, namely a market capitalization of at least ¥1 billion at the time of listing, can be met in light of current trends in the Company's share price, the Company determined that it would be best to focus on more realistic and highly certain measures to protect shareholders rather than relying on an application for listing on another market involving significant uncertainties.
