The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

Net sales increased due to growth in GPU infrastructure services and cloud services, as well as orders for large-scale projects from government agencies and other public-sector customers. Operating profit deteriorated due to higher personnel investment for the development of cloud service functionality and sales promotion, depreciation associated with GPU-related investments, server maintenance costs, data center rent, and the cost of services sold for other services. Ordinary profit was partly supported by subsidy income from the cloud program and other items, which partially offset the operating loss. Net income attributable to owners of the parent declined due to the decrease in ordinary profit and other factors.
