Items this document does not state (17)
These are items the company does not state in this document. We do not leave them blank, nor fill them in from other sources or by inference.
The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The increase in revenue was due to the inclusion of the results of グローバルキャスト, which became a consolidated subsidiary from the second quarter under review. The shift to negative business profit was due to the recognition of M&A-related expenses and other items. The main factors were the sluggish trend in new contract acquisitions for MVNE/MVNO services in the Stock Business segment, and the decline in highly profitable Beacon sales and the focused allocation of personnel to development for proprietary services in the Systems Development segment.
