The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Although it had been difficult to calculate consolidated earnings following the share exchange with グローバルキャスト, the preliminary purchase price allocation (PPA) has been completed, making it possible to reasonably estimate the amount recognized and amortization expense for customer-related assets, as well as PMI costs. The revenue forecast incorporates the assumption that progress in the existing business will remain sluggish, as well as the launch of グローバルキャスト's nursing home business and an increase in orders resulting from client diversification and the expansion of business areas. Business profit reflects ¥57 million in acquisition-related expenses and ¥105 million in amortization expense for customer-related assets.
