The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

In the AX business, growth in the number of licenses, including for OPTiM Biz, and AX services for various industries contributed to higher revenue. In the Agritech business, drone-based agricultural chemical spraying services grew against a backdrop of increasing crop diseases and pests and the shift from helicopters to drones, while the operating loss increased due to proactive growth investments. The decline in net income was attributable to the recognition of an impairment loss on investment securities of ¥170 million in the third quarter.
