The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the second quarter (interim period), net sales exceeded the forecast due to strong demand, primarily for speed-enhancement services for the automotive and semiconductor industries, as well as the expansion of the SaaS business. Profit increased by more than the increase in expenses resulting from the head office relocation and substantial wage increases. The full-year forecasts were revised to reflect the interim-period results, while the forecasts for the second half were kept at the same level as the initial forecasts in consideration of the impact of a shift in the business policies of a major customer.
