To address the risk of power infrastructure disruptions caused by natural disasters, we indicated that we would strengthen our BCP while considering the dispersal of sites outside disaster-affected areas. - FY2023First statedAnnual report
「1.5°C scenario A scenario in which the global average temperature increase is limited to 1.5°C as policies and regulations are introduced and markets change rapidly toward carbon neutrality by 2050, increasing transition risk / 4°C scenario A scenario in which policies, regulations and social initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions do not advance, the global average temperature rises to 4°C, the impacts of climate change, including disasters, become more severe, and physical risk increases」
We analyzed climate change risks, including rising carbon, electricity and equipment prices, natural disasters and disruptions to power infrastructure, using two scenarios, 1.5°C and 4°C, time horizons of 2025, 2030 and 2050, and a five-level impact scale.
