The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.For Handa Katsuhiko (半田勝彦), it was determined that he does not fall under the stock exchange's independence criteria and has no conflict of interest with general shareholders because there were no transactions during fiscal 2025 with the company for which he serves as representative director. For Takada Yoshimasa (高田佳匡), it was determined that he can contribute to risk management, compliance and management oversight relating to the crypto asset business and M&A strategy, drawing on his qualifications and experience as an attorney.
