Reason for the revision

In the environmental energy business, discussions on the transaction terms and sale timing for a grid-scale battery storage project took longer than expected, and the planned net sales and profit could not be recognized in the current fiscal year. In the sustainable business, the development and manufacture of cosmetics and the start of sales were delayed, while increases in raw material and component prices also caused net sales and earnings to fall below plan. In the live commerce business, the expected gross margin on products could not be secured following a review of the sales terms.

Details and amount of extraordinary loss

Loss on valuation of shares of an affiliated company: ¥35 million. The amount subscribed for the capital increase in 株式会社アスリナR&D was fully recognized in the Company's standalone financial statements and eliminated in the consolidated financial statements.
