The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Revenue and profit growth were supported by an increase in PayB partner financial institutions and bill-collection institutions, higher transaction volumes driven by the automobile tax payment season, an increase in Quick Deposit transactions and growth in recurring revenue. The gross margin improved due to lower costs resulting from a review of the use of on-site personnel at outsourcing providers, while SG&A expenses increased due to hiring and the introduction of generative AI.
