The reasons the company gives

The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.

The PSU plan is intended to strengthen the framework under which management and senior executives responsible for execution work together to achieve the medium-term management plan, VISION-W, while promoting the sustained enhancement of corporate and shareholder value, strengthening commitment to achieving performance targets, and sharing value with shareholders. The revision of the RS plan is intended to share the benefits and risks of share price fluctuations with shareholders over the medium to long term, operate the transfer restriction period consistently, and clarify when the restrictions will be lifted. The reduction in capital reserve is intended to enable flexible capital policies following the share exchange. The amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to introduce a system for increasing holdings of less-than-one-unit shares and improve the convenience of share trading.
