The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers.Because a proposal to elect outside officers will be submitted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Kani Naoyuki (可児直之) is expected to express opinions and provide guidance and oversight at meetings of the Board of Directors, drawing on his knowledge and experience in sales at a textile trading company and as a university professor. It was determined that he does not fall under the stock exchange's independence criteria and poses no risk of a conflict of interest with general shareholders.
