The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. As the business environment has become more challenging due to increasing geopolitical instability and soaring logistics costs, the Company determined that transferring the business to 株式会社リードヘルスケア, the parent company of 株式会社スター・ネット, one of the business’s major merchants, and a company with an established business base in healthcare and other fields, would be the best way to maximize the business’s future value.
