「2029年2月期を目標地点とした営業利益・ROEの改善に注力」
2029年2月期のROE12%以上を含む資本効率性の改善目標を、新中期経営計画の重要指標として再確認している。 - FY2026First statedAnnual report
「The Company places particular importance on ROE and aims to achieve and maintain a level of 12% over the medium to long term. Specifically, it will improve its net profit margin by increasing operating profit per employee to approximately ¥18 million. It will also raise total asset turnover by selling attractive inventory properties within a short period. In addition, while maintaining financial soundness, the Company will borrow flexibly to expand its inventory of large properties and other assets in both quality and quantity, thereby expanding the scale of its business while applying an appropriate degree of financial leverage.」
For the first time, the company has explicitly identified its target of achieving and maintaining ROE at around 12% over the medium to long term as a standalone priority for capital efficiency, citing higher operating profit per employee, faster inventory turnover and an appropriate level of financial leverage as the means of achieving it.
