- FY2021-Q1First statedAnnual report
「In the condominium market, after COVID-19 arrived in Japan, the number of visitors to model rooms fell sharply, with declines of 80% to 90% occurring in many cases, rather than merely being cut in half. Although the market is now gradually recovering, and measures were taken such as closing many model rooms and scheduling visits to avoid infections among visitors, it was not possible to halt the decline in visitors. The number of units released for sale fell, and the number of contracts also declined substantially.」
The company explains that COVID-19 caused an 80% to 90% decline in model-room visitors in the condominium market, resulting in actual declines in both the number of units released for sale and the number of contracts.
