Reason for the revision

Performance fell short of plan because retaining and developing personnel in the real estate sales business took time, resulting in a timing discrepancy between property acquisitions and sales, as well as differences in the disposal of large projects. The increase in selling, general and administrative expenses from upfront investment to secure personnel, lower earnings from businesses being scaled back or transferred, and lower transfer amounts and profit margins on transfers to the HLB Fund in the house leaseback business also affected results.

Previous-period resultsFiscal year ended June 2025: net sales of ¥64,735 million, operating profit of ¥2,620 million, ordinary profit of ¥2,943 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥2,341 million, and earnings per share of ¥118.86
Dividend forecast revisionNo change. The year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending June 2026 remains unchanged at ¥46 per share.
