The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. The proposed amendments to the Articles of Incorporation are intended to broaden the available options by allowing decisions on dividends of surplus and other matters to be made by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders while retaining the Board of Directors' ability to make flexible decisions. The year-end dividend reflects the continuation of stable dividends, the company's results for the current fiscal year, and the future business environment. The election of candidates is intended to reappoint members whose terms are expiring, elect their successors, and maintain and strengthen the audit system.
