The reasons the company gives
The company's own explanation, not something inferred from the numbers. In the metal processing business, projects involving solar cell array support frames and metal sandwich panels declined. In the construction business, there was a reaction to the concentration of large projects in the previous fiscal year. In the lifestyle business, upfront investment and advertising expenses were recorded for new businesses and properties scheduled for completion from the next fiscal year onward, and M&A fees of ¥239 million were incurred in connection with the consolidation of B SLASH HOLDINGS.
