「To address these issues, we believe that establishing new construction methods that reduce not only environmental impact but also the workload at worksites will transform the so-called 3K working environment—tough, dirty and dangerous—into a 3C environment of Cool, Clean and Creative, helping us secure workers. We view passing social infrastructure on to the next generation in a sustainable condition as one of our important initiatives.」
The company continues to state its core themes of addressing aging infrastructure and labor shortages, transforming 3Ks into 3Cs, and passing infrastructure on to the next generation. - FY2025First statedAnnual report
「Our mission is “Cleanly, into the future.” More than 50 years have passed since Japan’s period of rapid economic growth, and the issue of aging infrastructure, including factories, warehouses, bridges and steel towers, is becoming increasingly serious. At the same time, maintenance sites are struggling to secure workers. We will develop technologies that workers at these sites want to try and use, and contribute to a circular society by transforming the “3Ks” of infrastructure maintenance—kitsui (tough), kitanai (dirty) and kiken (dangerous)—into the “3Cs” of Cool, Clean and Creative, enabling aging social infrastructure to be passed on to future generations, including our children and grandchildren, for longer and in better condition.」
The mission presents infrastructure aging, labor shortages, improved working conditions and contribution to a circular society as an integrated theme.
