Notice Regarding Revisions to the Full-Year Earnings Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending July 2026

Full-year earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending July 2026 have been revised downward on both a consolidated and standalone basis. While net sales are largely unchanged, profit forecasts have decreased significantly due to the deferral of revenue recognition for real estate held for sale to the following fiscal year or later, higher expenses, and impairment losses.

Reason for the revision

Although restaurant segment sales exceeded forecasts, operating income and ordinary income fell below the previous forecasts due to the deferral of revenue recognition for real estate held for sale to the following fiscal year or later, resulting in decreases of ¥360 million in net sales and ¥145 million in operating income, as well as increases in personnel expenses, payment-related expenses and system usage fees, and the impact of adverse weather conditions. In addition, net income fell below the previous forecast because impairment losses of ¥100 million were recorded as extraordinary losses for certain stores.
