「Implementation prices have risen overseas against a backdrop of inflation, and the weaker yen has also increased the Company's usage costs. In addition, due to overseas economic downturns and abrupt policy changes associated with M&A transactions or business reorganizations involving overseas vendors, the tools and APIs traditionally used by the group may no longer be provided, or the supporting infrastructure may be significantly reduced, creating a risk that they may no longer be usable on the same basis as before.」
The Company explicitly identified as a new risk the possibility that tools and APIs from mainly European and U.S. overseas vendors used by Cloud CIRCUS and other businesses may be discontinued or their support structures scaled back, in addition to the actual increase in usage costs caused by inflation and the weaker yen. Response measures include a price-revision mechanism and backup plans for switching providers.
