「At a Board of Directors meeting held on 12 May 2017, the Company resolved to transfer all shares of its consolidated subsidiary Kuriyama Konsolute Co., Ltd. to Kamco Co., Ltd. The Group determined that transferring all shares of Kuriyama Konsolute Co., Ltd., which operated the Hotel business, to Kamco Co., Ltd. and entrusting management to Kamco would help advance the selection and concentration of management resources and enhance the Group's overall corporate value.」
