「We received financial audits from Futaba Audit Corporation for a total of 4 years, from the initial audit engagement through the fiscal year ended December 2025. Although Futaba Audit Corporation had a sufficient structure to ensure that financial audits were conducted appropriately and properly, we decided to change our accounting auditor after comprehensively considering that the audit period would reach a total of 5 years in the fiscal year ending December 2026, that we were scheduled to change our organizational structure to a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee at the 32nd annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for 26 March 2026, that this would create a new audit structure, and the expansion of our business scale and the possibility of future M&A.」
