Advancing hiring strategies and implementing a dynamic talent portfolio through TalentX’s technology and execution support TalentX will provide comprehensive support for strategic talent acquisition, ranging from the formulation of hiring strategies based on management and business strategies to persona design, branding and relationship-building with candidates. In addition to building talent assets through the AI-native hiring platform “MyTalent Platform,” TalentX will build a strategic talent base by optimizing the operation of a “dynamic talent portfolio” with a view to employees’ performance and retention after hiring, rather than treating hiring as the endpoint. TalentX has also established a structure for providing autonomous, ongoing support to help customers resolve their challenges, supporting highly effective human capital management through the combined strengths of technology and execution support.
